UPDATE 8/3/23 The concert is on for tonight. Blues For Breakfast is now entering its 3rd decade of entertaining people in northern New England and New York. Started back in 1991 to play a Discover Jazz Festival blues jam, they have evolved into the Champlain Valley’s “Do It All” band. A House On Fire
A House On Fire prides itself on being the coolest band in the northeast, and possibly in the country, to perform for weddings, private functions, and corporate events. AHOF is no ordinary band. Definitely not a “wedding band”, but a real band that does weddings. Is it possible for a band to eloquently and convincingly play music across, pop, dance, reggae, rock, hip hop, country, R&B, and soul, genres?
Quadra
Quadra is 40 years old! Formed in 1981, with their first gig in early 1982, the Quadra boys are rocking and rolling better than ever. Tight is the word generally used to describe these 2 sets of musical brothers’ tight harmonies, tight music, tight set–TIGHT! Rock from the 70s right through the rock of today.
Nobby Reed Project
After paying his dues in the relative obscurity of the Northeastern U.S. bar scene for many years, recording and performing in a host of different bands, he released his first solo CD in 1997 to critical acclaim both locally and nationally. “Guitar On My Back” was listed by Blues Revue Magazine as one of the top ten CDs listened to in the office by their staff. Reed hit the road with his own band and the Nobby Reed Project was born.
