It’s almost the end of harvest all of this seasons fruit is beginning the aging process. Slowly aged in stainless steel and oak barrels the 2014 yeild will certainly produce a memorable vintage. One of the best Autumn pairings is a glass of Vidal Blanc wine with roasted potatoes, pork and freshly pulled beets from the garden. Our New vintage Vidal Blanc is bottled and available inside the tasting room. A blend of 2012 & 2013 Vidal, Dry and crisp white wine. Citrus nose with notes of melon and apple. Medium body with lime and hint of grapefruit on the palate. A wine that can age. Serve chilled or slightly chilled to taste.
